Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Opioid Treatment Program
AriseVida Care is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing opioid treatment program.
AriseVida Care is a behavioral health and recovery clinic committed to providing compassionate, supportive, and patient-centered care for individuals struggling with opioid use and substance use disorders. Our clinic offers Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including methadone, buprenorphine/Suboxone, and naltrexone, along with counseling, case management, IOP services, and ongoing recovery support.
This position will primarily include dosing patients behind the medication window and supporting daily clinic operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, team-oriented, and ready to grow with a startup company that is committed to making a real impact in the community.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
