ABA Solutions is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team serving children and families throughout the St. Petersburg area. This position offers the opportunity to provide services across local schools and home settings while working alongside experienced BCBAs who are committed to your success.

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home setting
- Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCB
- Collect and accurately document session data in real-tim
- Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skill
- Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcome
- Support skill generalization across multiple environments
Where You'll Work
School-Based Services
Support students during the school day by implementing behavior intervention plans, promoting classroom participation, and helping students develop communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Home-Based Services
Provide individualized ABA therapy in clients' homes while partnering with caregivers to promote skill generalization and meaningful progress across daily routines.

Qualifications
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Experience working with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings
- Reliable transportation for travel between home/school cases
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for providing ethical, person-centered ABA services
