Marketing and Social Media Specialist
Position Description and Hiring Profile
1. Why This Role Exists
Clarebella delivers a premium, results driven experience, but a client cannot choose Clarebella until they have seen it. Today the brand's presence does not consistently reflect the quality of the work or attract the right clients at the pace the practice is capable of growing. The value being created inside the practice is not being amplified to the outside world.
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist exists to close that gap. This role amplifies the Clarebella brand so that the right prospective clients discover the practice, feel its luxury standard before they ever walk in, and are drawn to take the first step. Where the Client Relations Manager protects and grows the value of clients Clarebella already has, this role creates new attention and demand at the front of the journey.
Core distinction: This is a brand and demand creation role. It owns how Clarebella shows up to the world and how new attention is generated. It does not own the ongoing client relationship or membership revenue, which belong to the Client Relations Manager.
2. Outcomes This Role Owns
This role is accountable for two outcomes. Every responsibility supports them. Activity that does not advance brand presence or demand does not belong to this role.
Outcome One: A Consistent, Elevated Brand Presence
Clarebella shows up across its channels in a way that consistently reflects its luxury, results driven standard. The content is steady, on brand, and high quality enough that the online presence matches the in person experience.
Outcome Two: New Attention and Demand
The brand's presence actively grows audience and draws qualified prospective clients toward a first inquiry or visit. Marketing and content translate into measurable interest and new client opportunities at the top of the journey.
3. Responsibilities
Responsibilities are grouped beneath the outcome they serve.
Supporting Outcome One: Brand Presence
- Post daily Instagram and Facebook stories and a consistent cadence of weekly feed posts, maintaining a steady and reliable brand presence.
- Create and curate high quality photo and video content that reflects Clarebella's luxury standard, including treatment, product, and in practice photography.
- Write captions and content in the Clarebella brand voice, so that every post reinforces the premium, results driven identity.
- Maintain organized brand and media assets so that the visual identity stays consistent across every channel and campaign.
- Stay current on aesthetics, beauty, and wellness trends, translating them into fresh content that keeps the brand relevant.
Supporting Outcome Two: Attention and Demand
- Plan and execute monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and content designed to grow audience and attract new prospective clients.
- Monitor social channels and engage with comments, messages, and followers promptly, turning attention into the first point of connection.
- Support the planning, promotion, and visibility of client events and open houses that introduce new prospects to the brand.
- Track engagement and campaign performance, and use what the numbers show to improve reach and demand over time.
- Coordinate the marketing materials, flyers, and digital assets that carry campaigns to a new audience.
4. Success Indicators and Key Performance Indicators
Each outcome is measured, so that the role holder and leadership share a clear standard of success.
Outcome
Key Performance Indicators
Brand Presence
Posting consistency against the committed cadence. Content quality and on brand alignment. Channel growth in followers and reach.
Attention and Demand
Engagement rate across channels. Growth in new audience and reach. Inbound inquiries and leads generated from social and campaigns. Attendance and interest generated by events and promotions.
5. Required Capabilities and Behaviors
These are derived from the outcomes above, and they describe a creator and brand builder, which is a different profile from a relationship role.
Capabilities
- Strong content creation skill across photo, video, and writing, with an eye for a premium, polished aesthetic.
- Fluency with social platforms, scheduling tools, and the formats that perform on each channel.
- A genuine sense for brand voice and visual consistency, able to keep every piece recognizably Clarebella.
- Basic comfort reading engagement and campaign data, and adjusting based on what works.
- Organization and reliability in maintaining a content calendar and meeting a posting cadence without fail.
Behaviors
- Creative and trend aware, naturally curious about what is resonating and how to make it Clarebella's own.
- Consistent and self directed, because brand presence is built on showing up daily, not in bursts.
- Detail oriented about quality, treating every post as a reflection of a luxury brand.
- Proactive in generating ideas rather than waiting to be told what to create.
- Brand protective, with the judgment to keep content aligned to Clarebella's premium standard.
6. Where This Role Lives in the Client Experience
This role owns the front of the client experience, everything that happens before someone has chosen Clarebella. It is the deliberate counterpart to the client relationship function, which takes over once a prospect becomes a client.
- Generates awareness and attention, drawing the right prospective clients to discover Clarebella for the first time.
- Builds enough trust and desire, through brand presence and content, that a prospect takes the first step toward an inquiry or visit.
Once a prospect becomes a client, the relationship is handed off to the Client Relations Manager. Keeping these two functions in two distinct roles is what allows each person to fully master their part of the client experience.
7. What This Role Requires
This is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who can show real, proven results building brand presence and growing audience, ideally for a premium or lifestyle brand.
- Demonstrated track record creating content and growing social media presence, with a portfolio or examples to show.
- Strong skills across photography, video, and writing, with an eye for a polished, premium aesthetic.
- Experience marketing a luxury, lifestyle, beauty, or aesthetics brand strongly preferred.
- Comfort reading engagement and campaign data and adjusting based on what works.
- No professional license is required for this role.
