Qualifications
- Medical Assistant (or equivalent experience)
- Previous phlebotomy experience required
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work at multiple office locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision
- Quick learner who adapts easily in a growing practice
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality
- Passion for men’s health and helping patients achieve their wellness goals
- Experience in a related field, such as urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, or general practice is preferred.

The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:
- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients
- Administering Injections (IM, SubQ)
- Greeting patients, scheduling appointments and other front desk activities
- Assisting medical providers with patient care & prep for procedures
- Assisting in lab operations & compliance
- Maintaining accurate records in EMR including lab results, vitals, and medication administration while adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.
