The Project Manager - Multifamily Builder - Washington, D.C. will be responsible for:
- Lead all phases of construction for a $95M, 200-unit, five-story wood-frame multifamily community in DC and Maryland.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, and daily site operations.
- Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, consultants, and field personnel to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.
- Manage project financials, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project milestones and maintain schedule performance from groundbreaking through final turnover.
- Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders while proactively resolving challenges and mitigating risks.
- Lead project teams and provide direction to ensure successful project delivery.
