Job Description: Detailed, friendly, casual service for our guests visiting our gorgeous beach locations. Attentiveness and a positive attitude displayed in a high volume outdoor atmosphere. Hands on management and owners support everyone’s development.
Responsibilities:
● Complete understanding of all food and drink menus, specials and daily operations and offerings.
● Overly attentive table service for all guests including takings orders, running drinks and food, managing a clean and organized section at all times.
● Ability to take instruction from manager and work in high pace / volume restaurant with a smile.
● Team oriented approach to entire restaurant versus only your section.
Requirements:
● Flexible schedule,(weekends a must) reliable and trustworthy.
● Hospitality focused mindset - an experience is delivered to each table and the size of your section determines this ability.
● Following health code standards for personal presentation and all handlings of food and beverage and related items.
● Strong ability to multitask under pressure.
● Team Players only! Complete knowledge of the dining room and operations and eager to assist with all positions in restaurant.
