As a Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing a team of door-to-door canvassers while maintaining your own field presence and production standards.

Recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassing representatives

Train team members on prospecting, communication, and appointment-setting techniques

Conduct daily team meetings and field trainings

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and accountability

Must currently reside in or within commuting distance of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, or Houston, TX. Local candidates only.
