Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management with clarity and patience
- Enter data accurately into our systems while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and courteously
- Support client services by processing transactions such as order placements when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements
Qualifications
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services when appropriate
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening capabilities
- Proficiency in general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling, client services, and customer relationship management tools is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
