As a Seafood Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and freshness of our seafood products while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a variety of seafood products including different types of fish and shrimp.
- Manage transactions with customers using POS system
- Answer phone calls and text/emails for Orders
- Package seafood items for display and sale, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers by providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering questions about seafood products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the department.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
Skills
- Experience in seafood processing
