Responsibilities
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks
- Perform work including carpet, LVP, and tile laying
- Conduct site cleanup, organize materials, and prepare work areas for upcoming tasks
- Support activities across different project sites
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Experience with floor covering installation is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required for site transportation needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship at all times
- English speaking
