Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You'll be supported by a clinical team that values transparency, professionalism, and a shared passion for helping others thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client strengths and areas of need
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Supervise and train RBTs and BCaBAs
- Monitor client progress and make data-informed treatment adjustments
- Collaborate with caregivers and professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Uphold all BACB professional and ethical standards
- Stay current with BACB updates and integrate them into daily practice
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
- Active BCBA certification (Required)
- At least 1 year of ABA experience (Preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- English fluency (Required); Spanish proficiency (Preferred)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
Position Types & Compensation:Part-Time (15–24 billable hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $60/hour
Estimated Annual Pay:
~15 hrs/week = $46,800/year~20 hrs/week = $62,400/year~24 hrs/week = $74,880/year
Full-Time (25+ billable hours/week; 10–15 clients)
Hourly Rate: $65/hourEstimated Annual Pay:
~25 hrs/week = $84,500/year
~30 hrs/week = $101,400/year
~35 hrs/week = $118,300/year
~40 hrs/week = $135,200/year
All billable hours include an additional 10% of paid time to account for non-billable indirect work (e.g., planning, documentation, caregiver communication).
