Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Valid Professional Educator’s License (PEL)
- Demonstrated experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Strong understanding of school-based service delivery and IEP processes
- Ability to collaborate with educators and families to support student growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language therapy to PreK-8th grade students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
