- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Handle initial client outreach via phone and email
- Schedule consultations and client meetings
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients
- Assist with client onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate client communication records
- Support ongoing client service initiatives by helping deliver timely, responsive, and exceptional communication and follow-up experiences for current clients
- Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks as assigned
Pay: $20.00 per hour
