NSR Hotels is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to help lead and coordinate renovation and improvement projects across our growing portfolio of hotels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving parts, and takes ownership of delivering projects successfully from start to finish. You will work closely with executive Operations leadership and play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee hotel renovation projects and property improvements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall execution
- Work directly with executive Operations leaders to ensure project goals are achieved
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and property teams throughout each phase of a project
- Monitor expenses and maintain strong cost controls
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and operational expectations
- Identify and proactively resolve project challenges and delays
- Travel to various hotel properties as needed to oversee progress and execution
- Maintain clear communication and reporting across all departments
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Project Management experience required, preferably in hospitality, construction, renovations, or property operations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks and drive projects through completion
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel regularly to support projects across multiple properties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
