The Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher serves as the first point of contact for all HVAC and Plumbing inbound and outbound calls. This role is responsible for scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments, while strategically building technician schedules based on location, job type, and priority.
This position requires strong communication with the office manager and team, along with the ability to multitask administrative duties while maintaining full visibility of the service schedule at all times. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, booking appointments, coordinating maintenance visits, providing technician ETAs, reviewing customer history, and answering questions related to completed or upcoming work.
The dispatcher is also responsible for dispatching technicians as needed and ensuring all relevant job details are communicated clearly. This role requires the ability to stay composed under pressure, manage schedule changes, assist with purchase orders, and support daily operational needs.

Compensation: Based on experience ($23–30/hr) + quarterly bonus and weekly spiffs
