The Associate Project Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination and management of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide project management support from inception to completion under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Review and prepare project documentation, including plans, reports, budgets, and timekeeping records.

Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays as they arise

Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes

Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of essential documentation, including permits, environmental assessments, and right-of-way agreements

Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and regulatory agencies

Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior management

Effectively and efficiently perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee land surveying components specific to Renewable Energy projects.

Prepares estimates and proposals for renewable energy projects.

Maintain customer relations for assigned clients.

Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience, with at least 1 year in project management, associate project management, project engineering or a related role

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in the utility scale renewable energy sectors

Proficient in land surveying software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Trimble, GIS, Microsoft Office Suite)

PMP Certification or an Associate’s/Bachelor's degree in a related field, or actively pursuing PMP certification
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities
Work Environment
This position will be located in our Fort Worth office with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves extended sitting at a desk, computer usage, and communication with colleagues and clients.
Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position applicable to both salaried and hourly employees. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday. However, occasional overtime may be required to meet the needs of the business. This could include evening or weekend work, travel, or participation in company-related events. Flexibility is essential to support business operations and ensure overall organizational success.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required. This travel is typically infrequent and may be limited to local or regional locations, including company field offices.
