Assembler
Job Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to work instructions while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products, components, and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment safely.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support production needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
