SURVEILLANCE STAFF:
Wednesday-Saturday 10pm-8am
JOB SUMMARY: As Surveillance Staff, your foremost duty is to monitor and concentrate on the cash flow in the casino. The surveillance staff’s duty is to observe and report to upper management all pertinent events. The surveillance staff is to directly report to the Surveillance Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS: Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must have the ability to learn and be self-motivated. Have good communication skills, along with a good working attitude are a must.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Person must be able to sit for long periods of time in a confined working environment, while monitoring casino and be alert at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCITONS: Must have knowledge of all table games and able to follow the flow of money through the casino. Must have basic knowledge of all policy and procedures for all of the departments within the casino. After termination of employment, surveillance personnel may not gamble at the facility you were employed at for 90 days. You may gamble at any other St. Croix Chippewa Class III Gaming except at the casino you were employed at.
Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules.
