Jento Solutions is hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team.

We currently have day, evening, weekend, and overnight weekend shifts available, with opportunities for additional hours.
Available Shifts
- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Weekend: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Overnight Weekend Shifts Available
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate, person-centered support.
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Support community participation and independence.
- Follow individualized support plans.
- Complete documentation accurately.
- Maintain a safe, respectful environment for individuals receiving services.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with experience working with:
- Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Individuals with mental health diagnoses
- Wheelchair users
Applicants should also have:
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass required background checks and onboarding requirements
