Overview:
Great Plains Recovery Center are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess skills in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a residential drug and alchohol treatment center
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by Physician
- Perform airway management procedures when necessary
- Specialize in withdrawal/detox management and medication assisteed treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the team
Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience in inpatient care settings
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health and addiction treatment
- Ability to provide health coaching and education to patients and families
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Pay: $28.11 - $34.71 per hour
