About the Position
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant (English/Mandarin) to support daily warehouse and office operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to assist with administrative and basic HR functions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Support daily office and warehouse administrative operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Translate and communicate in both Mandarin and English as needed
- Answer phones, emails, and assist walk-in applicants/employees
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office support tasks
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Support payroll and attendance record tracking
- Work closely with warehouse management and HR team
- Assist with additional administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English required
- Previous HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred
- Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and reliable attendance required

- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
