- Negotiates and documents payment arrangements for eligible accounts within approved
guidelines; explain terms and deadlines; guidelines and escalates exceptions or complex
matters as needed
- Researches and resolves routine posting issues and customer account discrepancies;
documents actions taken and escalates complex matters appropriately.
- Utilize revenue systems and standard office software to process transactions, maintain
account notes, and produce routine reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
