Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience

We're looking for a Growth Marketing & Digital Solutions Lead to own how we generate, capture, and convert demand for both our agency and our clients. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role that blends performance marketing, marketing automation, CRM systems, analytics, and conversion optimization.
You'll work directly with leadership to develop growth strategies while building the systems that support scalable marketing programs.
The Role
This person will own our lead generation program end to end, from attracting prospects through paid and organic channels to ensuring every lead is properly tracked, nurtured, measured, and optimized.
You'll build campaigns, improve conversion funnels, create marketing automation workflows, optimize CRM processes, and establish reporting that clearly connects marketing efforts to business outcomes.
Success in this role is owning both the strategy and the systems underneath it.
Responsibilities
- Growth Marketing Strategy
- Own lead generation strategy across paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Build scalable acquisition programs that consistently generate qualified leads.
- Develop testing frameworks to improve conversion rates across every stage of the marketing funnel.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend based on measurable ROI.
- Partner with leadership on quarterly growth goals and marketing strategy.
Digital Marketing Systems
- Design, build, and optimize CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot or similar).
- Create lead routing, tagging, segmentation, and nurturing workflows.
- Integrate websites, landing pages, LinkedIn Lead Forms, paid campaigns, and third-party tools into a seamless marketing ecosystem.
- Maintain clean CRM data and improve operational efficiency through automation.
Campaign Execution
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, email, and other digital channels.
- Support newsletter, drip campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and client communications.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to build high-converting marketing assets.
- Improve landing pages, forms, CTAs, and conversion experiences.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build and maintain tracking infrastructure using GA4, GTM, CRM reporting, and attribution tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead a weekly reporting cadence with leadership highlighting performance, learnings, and opportunities.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards that clearly connect marketing activity to revenue and business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with digital, creative, content, and account teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned.
- Support both internal agency marketing efforts and client growth initiatives.
- Help establish scalable marketing processes as the agency continues to grow.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong execution and enjoys building systems that drive measurable business growth.
Required
- 5–7+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing.
- Experience owning marketing programs from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Experience building workflows, automation, lead routing, and nurture campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, GTM, attribution models, dashboards, and marketing reporting.
- Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Preferred
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience within B2B services, agencies, or longer enterprise sales cycles
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with websites, paid media, and third-party marketing tools
- Familiarity with data hygiene, tagging structures, and attribution models

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
