We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Lead who combines deep senior-level
graphic-design craft with real team leadership. You will lead a team of 3–5 designers, own
graphic-design output across 5–6 concurrent projects, and personally set the standard through your own work. This is a hands-on leader role — you will still design directly on the most important work — not a pure management seat. You should be genuinely strong across everything a senior graphic designer should know — brand systems, marketing and social creative, campaign visuals, decks, print, and digital — with real, current fluency in Figma and the modern AI design toolstack. Prior experience in an IT / SaaS / product company matters here: the visual language of technology brands is specific, and we want someone who already speaks it.
- Lead a team of 3–5 designers — set priorities, review work, hold the quality bar, and support their growth.
- Allocate design capacity across 5–6 concurrent projects; balance load and remove blockers.
- Set clear expectations, run reviews, and give useful feedback.
- Grow the team’s craft, brand fluency, and speed over time.
- Personally own the most important, most visible design work — lead by doing.
- Set and hold the graphic-design quality bar across the team: layout, typography, hierarchy, colour, and craft.
- Own brand consistency across campaigns, social, decks, and marketing surfaces.
- Design brand systems, templates, and reusable assets that scale across the team.
- Figma: advanced hands-on — components, variants, Auto-Layout, plugins, libraries
- AI design tools: current, working fluency across today’s AI toolstack (e.g. Figma AI, Uizard, generative image tools, AI-assisted design workflows)
- Adobe suite: strong working proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Automation & templates: build reusable systems and batch workflows so the team produces more, faster
- Keep current: actively track and adopt new AI design tools as they emerge — the tooling changes month to month
- Partner with marketing, social, content, and video teams on campaigns and briefs.
- Coordinate with product / UI/UX so brand and product visual language stay aligned.
- Present and defend design decisions clearly — to the Marketing / Design Head, cross-functional teams, and the CEO in the final round.
- Represent design well to leadership and to stakeholders across the org.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on graphic-design experience
- Team leadership (must-have): prior experience leading a design team — real management or team lead, not just informal mentoring
- Full-spectrum graphic design (must-have): genuinely strong across everything a senior graphic designer should know: layout, typography, brand systems, campaigns, social, decks, print, digital
- Figma (must-have): advanced Figma — components, variants, Auto-Layout, plugins, libraries
- AI-tools fluency (must-have): current, hands-on experience with today’s AI design tools; used in actual work, not just tried
- IT-company background (must-have): prior experience working in or for a technology / IT / SaaS company
- Multi-project: proven ability to run 5–6 concurrent projects without dropping quality
- Communication: clear, senior communicator; comfortable presenting to and defending decisions with the CEO
- Brand sense: genuine feel for brand nuance, tone, voice, and consistency across surfaces
- Portfolio (mandatory): a strong senior-level portfolio required to clear the preliminary round
- Motion graphics / simple animation (After Effects, Rive, or Figma prototyping).
- Experience specifically designing for AI / SaaS / technology brands.
- Basic video / editing skills to support the video team.
- Prior experience building a design function from scratch or scaling one.
- Is a genuinely senior graphic designer — the fundamentals and range are sharp.
- Has led a small design team and can point to what they did to raise the team’s output.
- Is fluent in Figma and lives in the current AI design toolstack.
- Has worked in or with technology / IT companies and speaks their visual language.
- Communicates clearly with senior stakeholders including the CEO, and takes feedback
constructively.
- Has a portfolio that speaks for itself — senior-level range and quality.
- Lead design across real AI-native SaaS brands, at volume, across channels.
- Work in a company that embraces AI and modern design tools — you’ll use them daily.
- Broad creative scope: brand, marketing, social, campaigns, and light UI.
- Collaborative environment with Provident Fund and employee benefits.
