100% outpatient practice - no hospital responsibilities

Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends

No in-clinic holiday coverage

Shared phone call responsibilities (approximately one week per month)

Supportive, team-based environment with strong clinical resources

Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients

Perform comprehensive women's health evaluations and preventive care visits

Conduct annual well-woman exams and health screenings
-
Manage contraception counseling and family planning services
-
Evaluate and treat common gynecologic conditions
-
Provide prenatal and postpartum support as appropriate
-
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices

Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Realistic daily schedule of 11-14 patients

Gradual growth opportunities with a target of up to 25 patients per day

Active California Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)

Prior Women's Health experience strongly preferred

Experience in OB/GYN, family medicine with a women's health focus, or related specialties welcomed
