As a Security Officer - Afternoon Mobile in Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community, where you will conduct routine patrols, support access and visitor activity, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and strong communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting security-related concerns and/or maintenance issues.

Monitor entry and exit activity at the location, assist with visitor and vendor access procedures, and help to deter unauthorized persons from entering restricted areas.

Support Allied Universal standards by completing assigned reports, documenting incidents, and communicating relevant updates to residents, property staff, and/or local responders as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

Be 21+ years of age.
-
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Guard card is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
