We are a small, family-owned restaurant looking to add a member to our staff.
As a kitchen lead you will be responsible with delivering a positive experience to all customers by providing the best service and product possible.
Duties will include.
-ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
-maintain a clean and properly stocked kitchen at all times
-being aware of kitchen equipment functions and identifying issues
-assist with scheduling and staffing needs
-preparation of simple menu items in a timely and correct manner
-monitor inventory levels
