Venture Out at Mesa, Inc. is looking for experienced Patrol Officers to undertake the surveillance of our premises through the work shifts for the protection of our homeowners, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for assets and enforcement of Rules and Regulations, preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a keen sense of observation and articulate events in written reports. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent living and working conditions by keeping our facilities safe.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain access control while providing excellent customer service.
- Provide assistance to residents, visitors, and vendors in need with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Patrol property regularly to maintain order and establish a strong professional security presence.
- Secure buildings by setting alarms and ensuring all doors are locked.
- Monitor surveillance cameras to detect suspicious activities and prevent any security breaches.
- Respond to alarms, incidents and calls for service then determine appropriate response.
- Maintain a daily log and complete incident reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Security: 5 years (Required) or Military / Law Enforcement equivalent a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
