What You’ll Do

Deliver coordinated, patient-centered nursing care
Utilize critical thinking to assess, plan, and implement care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families
Support safe discharge planning
Supervise and guide nursing staff

Requirements

Education & Experience

BSN (Preferred)
Acute care experience (Preferred)

Licensure & Certifications

Active California RN License (Required)
BLS/CPR (Required)
ACLS (Required)
