About the Role
As a dental assistant in our practice, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality dentistry while helping create a serene and elevated patient experience. You will work closely with a respectful, collaborative team that values communication, professionalism, and mutual support. Our schedule is designed to prioritize quality care—patients are not rushed, and excellence is always the standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensed in the state of California
- Minimum of 3 years of dental office experience or graduation from a certified dental assisting program
- X-ray certification required
- Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail, including:
- Chairside assisting and smooth clinical workflows
- Dental procedures, materials, and instrumentation
- Instrument disinfection, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Operatory setup, breakdown, and equipment care
- Warm, polished communication with patients and team members
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- A calm presence and a commitment to patient comfort and excellence

Position Details
- Full-time: Monday–Thursday, with one Friday per month
- Compensation: $27- $36 per hour, based on experience (negotiable)
