Overview
My client is looking to retain a seasoned HR Sr. Compensation Analyst for a long term contract assignment (approx. 10 months). Reporting to the VP People Services, the incumbent will oversee the majority of all Compensation programs, systems and the annual compensation cycles and events. This position is a full time contract.
Duties
The incumbent will report to the VP of People Services and will be in a 100% remote home office position (with equipment provided by the client).
2. Prior experience with equity (stock) based incentive plans is strongly preferred and the incumbent should be able to oversee the majority of the employee and management compensation plans and systems with minimal support from the VP.
3. Prior experience using position evaluation and grading methods and systems is necessary.
4. The incumbent will work closely with the Talent Management group and HR business Partners to oversee the annual performance, merit, and market adjustment cycles.
5. The incumbent will assist the VP and the Chief People Officer with miscellaneous compensation projects, analyses and reports to support the Board Compensation Committee.
A BA or BS in management, Human Resources or related field is highly preferred; along with the CCP Designation (Certified Compensation Professional) through WorldatWork.org.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a heavy focus on compensation analysis, design and administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, Paycom, Workday, ADP), payroll processing and data analysis software such as Excel or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while engaging effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated project management skills to plan and oversee both routine and complex compensation projects.
Pay: $7,500.00 - $8,800.00 per month
