Role Summary
We're looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of our STR portfolio. You'll own guest experience, vendor and cleaning coordination, and team performance — keeping every property guest-ready and operating at a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on logistics, problem-solving, and high standards. STR experience is a plus, but we're equally excited about strong operators from other fast-paced, service-driven fields — like restaurant, hospitality, or retail management.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily operations across all managed properties, ensuring 5-star guest readiness
- Coordinate and schedule cleaning, turnover, and maintenance teams; hold vendors to quality and timing standards
- Manage guest communications and resolve issues quickly across booking platforms
- Monitor listings, calendars, and dynamic pricing to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Handle escalations — late check-ins, maintenance emergencies, guest complaints — with calm and speed
- Hire, train, and lead operations/support staff and contractors
- Track KPIs (occupancy, review scores, response times, turnover quality) and continuously improve processes
- Manage supplies, inventory, and property standards across the portfolio
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary of $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment (e.g., restaurant, hospitality, retail, or property management)
- Proven team leadership and vendor/staff management experience
- Strong organizational skills — you juggle many moving parts without dropping details
- Excellent communication and customer-service instincts
- Problem-solver who stays composed under pressure and available for occasional after-hours issues
- Comfort learning new software and systems quickly
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience in short-term rental or vacation rental management
- Familiarity with STR tools (Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez) or revenue/pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse)
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of the Arizona STR market and local regulations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
