Experienced Security Guard – Cannabis Dispensary

Now Hiring – 1–2 Experienced Security Guards
We are seeking 1–2 experienced Security Guards to join our team at a licensed cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidates will have prior experience working security in the cannabis industry and understand the importance of professionalism, customer service, and maintaining a safe, compliant environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor and secure the dispensary, employees, customers, and property.
Verify customer identification and control access to the facility.
Patrol the premises and maintain a visible security presence.
Respond appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity.
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations.
Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
Work closely with management and staff to provide a safe and welcoming environment.
Assist with opening and closing security procedures.
Qualifications
Previous security experience in a licensed cannabis dispensary is strongly preferred.
Valid California Guard Card (required).
Firearm permit is a plus but not required.
Excellent observation and communication skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
