The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive who’s ready to do more than manage renewals — someone who wants to help organize, lead, and shape our internal commercial department for long-term growth.
This in-office role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys teamwork, structure, and the chance to make a visible impact. You’ll work directly with ownership to strengthen operations, improve workflows, and create a department that runs like a machine.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and service commercial lines accounts with accuracy and care
- Support producers with quoting, renewals, and client communications
- Help organize the commercial department for efficiency and scalability
- Contribute to system improvements and process documentation
- Lead by example — mentor and support other team members as we grow
- Communicate clearly with underwriters, clients, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance (CSR or Account Exec level)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Great communicator — confident with both clients and carriers
- Licensed in Property & Casualty (required)
- Leadership-minded and eager to grow with the agency

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $45,000–$65,000, depending on experience. Could Exceed.
In-office role (San Antonio, Stone Oak)
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Pay: $60,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
