Field Engineer / Project Engineer (Construction)
Based in Northern Wyoming | Travel to project sites required

We’re looking for a Field Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team—someone who thrives in the field, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a company that values both performance.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain daily reports, field logs, and project documentation
- Support project managers and superintendents with on-site coordination
- Assist with quality control processes and inspections
- Coordinate materials testing, reporting, and compliance tracking
- Track quantities, production, and progress in the field
- Assist with RFIs, submittals, and as-built documentation
- Communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR relevant field experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing jobsite conditions
- Willingness to travel to project sites (often in remote or scenic locations)
- Self-starter mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with federal projects is a plus (but not required)
