Lead Cleaner
We are seeking a Bilingual Part-Time Lead Cleaner to oversee, clean, and maintain an office building in the Madison area. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM to 9:40 PM. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and have previous cleaning and leadership experience.
The Lead Cleaner assists the Building Supervisor and/or Manager with daily cleaning operations and oversees the work of the cleaning team while maintaining their own assigned cleaning duties. This position may require traveling to multiple locations to ensure that company cleaning standards are consistently met and customer expectations are satisfied.

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and work sites to ensure they meet company standards.

Provide leadership and direction to a team of cleaners.

Assign tasks to employees based on job requirements and special assignments.

Order, organize, and distribute cleaning supplies as needed.

Provide employees with required documents, uniforms, and supplies.

Monitor employee performance and provide on-site training as needed.

Promote a safe, professional, and disciplined work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Report incidents, procedural concerns, and safety violations to the District Manager and Human Resources.

Address customer concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and ensure issues are resolved the same day or night whenever possible.

Keep District Management informed of any problems, concerns, or situations that may affect operations.

Perform other duties as assigned based on customer needs or management discretion.
