Your Role
As a Patient Care Support, you'll:
- Support our acupuncturist and clinical team during patient visits
- Help prepare treatment rooms and maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment
- Assist in tracking patient progress and ensuring consistency in care
- Handle setup and cleanup between appointments
- Keep clinic operations smooth and organized
If you show strong aptitude, there's potential to cross-train in front desk and office support as you grow in the role.
