We’re seeking a Quality Contract Review Agent who is detail-driven and committed to upholding the quality standards our clients demand.
What You'll Do
As a key part of our Quality Assurance team, you’ll ensure customer contracts and requirements are accurately reviewed, documented, and executed:
- Review customer Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts for technical and quality compliance
- Identify, interpret, and document all customer-imposed requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate customer needs into production
- Analyze customer drawings/blueprints for special instructions
- Create inspection data sheets using Excel
- Support quality investigations and communicate effectively with customers
- Assist QA and management with additional quality-related responsibilities
- (Bonus) Work with our ERP system (E2) – experience is a plus, but not required
What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or document control environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Aerospace, Medical Devices, or high-precision manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints (a big plus!)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20 – $23 per hour (depends on experience)
