The Baptist Home is seeking full-time CNAs. We have an opening for a Certified Nurse's Aide on our day shift-6:00AM to 6:30PM
Rotating Schedule, every other weekend off.
We do require a background check and drug test for employment.
We are not hiring any NA's, must be a Certified Nurse's Aide currently in Missouri. Duties:
- Assist our neighbors with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of the neighbor's care.
- Provide support to our neighbors that reside here.
- Assist the rest of the Nursing Team with all tasks needed.
- Monitor and report changes in neighbor's conditions to the nursing team promptly.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· High school diploma or GED.
· Completed and maintained state-approved CNA license.
· Must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position.
· Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
· Have sufficient organization, documentation, typing and computer skills.
· Must have a general understanding of the aging process and the changes associated with aging.
· Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities:
Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom or move patients, or change linens. May transfer or transport patients.
