Another World VR is an immersive free-roam virtual reality entertainment experience where players step into exciting virtual worlds and become part of the adventure. As an independently owned and operated franchise location of Another World VR, and are looking for enthusiastic Gaming Hosts to help create unforgettable guest experiences.

Position Summary
Gaming Hosts are the face of Another World VR. They welcome guests, explain VR experiences, assist players throughout their sessions, host parties and events, and ensure every guest has an amazing and safe experience.
No previous VR experience is required—we provide training.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and check them in for their reservations.
- Explain VR experiences, game rules, and safety procedures.
- Help guests put on and adjust VR equipment.
- Encourage guests and create a fun, energetic atmosphere.
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
Game Facilitation
- Monitor VR sessions and assist players when needed.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues.
- Reset gaming stations between sessions.
- Ensure games start on time and operate smoothly.
- Learn and understand all game experiences offered at the location.
Parties & Events
- Assist with birthday parties, team-building events, and private bookings.
- Help organize event spaces and guest flow.
- Serve as a host for group experiences and celebrations.
Facility Operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas and common spaces.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Assist with inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Report technical issues to management promptly.
Safety
- Ensure all guests follow safety guidelines.
- Monitor participants during gameplay.
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns or incidents.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
QualificationsRequired
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and school breaks
Preferred
- Interest in gaming, VR, technology, or entertainment.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, recreation, camps, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Ability to remain calm and positive in busy environments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to assist guests with VR equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
