What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness
- Answer phones, texts, and emails professionally
- Make coffee + espresso drinks for parents
- Capture fun photos + videos of our team, patients & daily life (for social media – no posting needed!)
- Support a smooth, welcoming front desk experience
- Assist with scheduling, and record keeping
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Love talking to people and making them feel at home
- Can juggle tasks while staying cheerful and focused
- Are comfortable with technology and learning new tools
- Have a creative eye and enjoy working with a fun, supportive team
Preferred Experience:
- 1+ year of dental front office experience(preferred, not required)
- Familiar with Open Dental (preferred, not required)
