WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS OUR PARTS ADVISOR:
You'll be the bridge between customers, technicians, and solutions:

Process parts orders across multiple channels: in-person, phone, and digital

Guide customers and Service Technicians to the right parts for every job

Keep communication flowing until every order is delivered and complete

Research parts using multiple systems and vendor platforms

Deliver accurate quotes and information to internal teams
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE AS OUR PARTS ADVISOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18+
-
Comfortable working in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experience:

Background in forklift parts or mechanical systems
