Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team on second and third shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards through inspection and analysis.
Duties
- Conduct inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify conformance to specifications.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for traceability and reporting purposes.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality management processes.
Skills
- Proven experience with quality inspection techniques within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational skills.
