Assisted Living Administrator
BeeHive Homes of Rio Rancho is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Administrator to lead our four assisted living homes.
This is an opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care while maintaining their dignity and independence.
The Administrator oversees the daily operations of all four homes and works closely with ownership and the leadership team to support residents, families, employees, compliance, and overall business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and develop managers and staff across four assisted living homes
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate employees
- Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling
- Oversee resident evaluations, admissions, care needs, and family communication
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate surveys, inspections, and corrective action plans
- Monitor budgets, labor hours, expenses, and operational performance
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, referral partners, and the local community
- Oversee facility maintenance, supplies, and overall home operations
- Support meaningful activities and engagement for residents
- Build a positive culture based on safety, trust, respect, teamwork, compassion, and integrity
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a confident, compassionate leader who can balance resident care, employee leadership, compliance, and business operations.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Two or more years of management experience in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience managing teams and resolving workplace challenges
- Knowledge of assisted living operations and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
