Responsibilities
- IT Support Technician and Microsoft 365 Administrator advanced experience supporting enterprise environments and automotive dealerships. Strong expertise in Reynolds & Reynolds dealership software, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking, endpoint management, and Tier 1-3 technical support.
- Extensive experience supporting dealership operations through the deployment, troubleshooting, integration, and training of Reynolds & Reynolds,
- Skilled in Microsoft 365 administration, security, user provisioning, device management, networking, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on helping organizations improve productivity, security, and operational efficiency.
