Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children who may benefit from ABA services. The psychologist will be responsible for independent diagnostic decision-making and ensuring evaluations meet ethical, clinical, and insurance standards.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental evaluations for children and adolescents
Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools (e.g., ADOS-2, cognitive assessments, adaptive functioning measures)
Provide differential diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5-TR criteria
Prepare detailed, insurance-compliant diagnostic reports
Communicate results and recommendations to families in a clear and supportive manner
Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff as appropriate while maintaining independent clinical judgment
Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state licensure regulations
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology
Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Psychologist
Experience conducting autism spectrum disorder evaluations preferred
Training in administration of ADOS-2 and other standardized assessment tools
Strong report writing and diagnostic skills
Commitment to ethical, objective, and evidence-based practice
