Our flagship luxury building in Fort Lauderdale sets the tone for excellence, discretion, and white-glove service. We are seeking polished, service-driven professionals to join our team as a Part-Time Pool Attendant and help deliver an exceptional resident experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining beautiful amenities, providing attentive service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. As a Pool Attendant, you will play an important role in upholding the luxury standards that define our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting pool deck environment throughout the shift
- Welcome residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor the pool area to ensure compliance with community rules and safety standards
- Assist residents with requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct regular walks of the pool deck and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation
- Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns promptly
- Support the overall resident experience by maintaining a polished and hospitality-focused presence
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using basic technology
- Previous hospitality, customer service, pool attendant, or resort experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
