Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency, quality, and food safety in mind, including beverages, hot foods, and cold dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food prep zones through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for incoming guests
- Assist with food handling, dishwashing, and basic meal preparation tasks to support kitchen operations
- Provide in-person guest relations by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating dietary needs
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, beverage preparation, and food safety standards
- Skilled in dishwashing, cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining a hygienic workspace
- Hospitality breakfast experience a plus
