Who We Are Looking For

Requirements
1. Licensed in Colorado: You must hold a valid license to practice hairstyling in the State of Colorado.
2. Must be willing to work with the hair of men, women, children, and trans clients.
3. Cutting Versatility: Comfortable cutting all lengths and textures of hair
4. Color Knowledge: Be able to formulate for gray coverage or blending, place natural and trendy highlights, to know the difference between the level 9 & 10 when lifting with bleach. Knowledge of color correction.
5. Chemical Curling or Straightening: Comfortable perming long and short hair in either a classic or trendy way.
Straightening is not a mandatory skill for the job.
6. Positive Attitude: Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and professionalism to the team.
7. Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to learn and work as a key member of the Kantor & Company team.
8. Perferred 2+ years of experience but not required.
Compensation
o Start with the higher of your agreed hourly wage or 45% commission on service totals, plus tips.
o Top performers can earn up to 50% commission on services, in addition to tips.
