Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge and use of codes and standards applicable to Mechanical, Plumbing and Fire Protection design.
- Production of construction drawings and/or specifications.
- Work with a project team to complete design tasks within the directed scope, schedule, and budget.
- Perform detailed design using AutoCAD suite of products.
- Personal time management skills- the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Perform field measurements and investigations.
- (Possibility to) Lead internal project design team of multiple disciplines.
- Flexibility required to complete drawings using a multitude of client drafting standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

- At least 4 years of Mechanical/Plumbing design experience (highly preferred).
- Bachelor"s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited university.
- Successfully passed NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE) with goal to achieve professional licensure (highly preffered)
- Proficient in 2D AutoCA, REVIT experience
- Effective communication and technical writing skills.
